Required Telecaller with 2 years of experience with the following
* Cold Calling / Telemarketing.
* Introducing products and services to potential customers to initiate a sale for the same.
* Respond to customer inquiries on call.
* Manage daily administrative work.
* Maintain customer relationships with the clients.
* Maintaining relationships with the clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
* Listening to customer’s requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
* Up-sell products and services.
* Follow up customer calls where necessary.
* Complete call logs and reports.
* Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
* Other tasks & duties assigned by the Team Lead / CSO.
* Communication skills.
